From this change now i am able to see services inside external organization too. I will try cutomizing itop by changing filters and OQL. Create: Customer Contract Customer = External Organization Provider = Base Organization Attach the required services to that contract. Then verify: Service status = Production. Contract status = Production. External users belong to the External Organization. Services appear under: Organization → Services

I currently have a similar requirement. In our scenario, we receive services from external vendors. I have created a base (internal) organization in iTop, which contains multiple teams and services. I also created a separate organization for the external vendor and configured services, customer contracts, provider contracts, SLA, SLT, and a delivery model.
