Coulda sworn there was a support/donate button. Where to look?

Tried a different speaker (Sony bluetooth) and it worked. Switched back to Dell soundbar and now that works too! Problem solved-ish. Thanks again for your help. (Will also say thanks via PayPal)

Thanks for your responses. Haven't tried other speakers, just the Dell soundbar. Will try "Install as SFX/EFX". Could it be an OpenAL thing? Running an MSI gaming laptop. Attaching screen shots from device manager.

Enhancements in properties tab--check. Configurator APO settings--check Editor--something as simple as jacking the preamp up and down or maxing/minimizing bass end does nothing. Nothing has any effect on anything.
