Thanks John. I will attempt to reconfigure the monitor network settings and see if that works. Currently, the Philips monitors are only connected to the electronic record system through the RS232 port and the LAN remains free. Hopefully it will allow simultaneous polling. We have found with other work that it is possible to simultaneously extract realtime data to a second monitor from the Philips via the second RS232 port while it is also connected to the electronic health record system. Hi John, Our MP70 monitors are linked in to an electronic chart system through one of the RS232 MIB ports on the monitors. When connecting a laptop via LAN cable to the LAN port it refuses to assign an IP address to the monitor and the app won't run. Is it likely that the association with the other system through the RS232 is blocking the app from polling the data?
