I've been getting this error message for the past few days when updating: E: The repository "https://ppa.launchpadcontent.net/hdahl678/experimental/ubuntu noble Release" does not contain a release file. W: Updating such a repository cannot be performed securely, so it is disabled by default. Not all updates are applied, Windows logos are not replaced by the official Winux branding, and boot trail recovery is missing.
