Time span homogeneous when detecting bursts

reference to the issue in the attached.

my data has a time range of 1992-2020.On burst detection the burst stregths appear okay but the time span is coming homogenous for all.The end years for all analysis types is coming to 2020.No variation.Please guide me on the same.My research is on halt.
