Hi, I'm facing the same issue (using Nexcloud Hub II). I have the same need as @MichealBarton : get other people to be able to see if I am available for meetings or not in the Planification Assistant. What I understand is : Nextcloud instance doesn't send a property to specify the free/busy status for allday events. So there are two solutions to solve the problem : 1.
