While MSI debugging is not my strong side, I managed to output a 2.60 upgrade to MSI Installer debug log. My scenario: - MSI Install /qn All Users=2 of version 2.59 - then MSI Install (in reality an upgrade) /qn All Users=2 of version 2.60 - Result no Start Menu items of Keepass - A following MSI Repair (/fomus) would get Start Menu is back, but let's forget this for now.
