Dear Professor Chen, I lastly made visualizations for research work upto oct 2020 in citespace using 5.7 r1. Now I have downloaded further data from oct 2020 onwards to july 2021. When I do the visualizations partly for the addon data only, it is showing year 2020 on the time scale. When i club the whole data in RIS format and generate the converted and unique data out of it, it shows time scale and nodes upto 2019 only. I am not able to see the vizualisations after 2019. Dear Professor Chen, I am using ubuntu 18.04, installed JRE, latest version of Citespace 5.71, modify the batch file, run the StartCiteSpace_Mac.sh using sh command in ubuntu. It start installing Citespace by first installing the resources and WOS. Therafter, Citespace starts. I select the default Terrorism Dataset with default setting. Click on Go and thereafter, select visualize. On selecting visualize, it stops responding and thus produce no output. When take a look on terminal, following messages...
