Thank you Paul. This in a way solved my problem :) Here is what I experienced after switching to KeePassXC: 1. Opening my DB still did not display the Synchronize option 2. Creating a new DB displayed the "Merge from Database" option - it is position above the Import/Export options in the File menu, and not below them as the Synchronize submenu in the old KeePass and KeePassX 3. I successfully merged my old KeePassX with the newly create DB using the "Merge from Database" in KeePassXC Conclusion:...

Just had the same misfortune. I am sure I am running KeePassX 2.0.3. The top level menu reads Database (not file). When I open it, Synchronize is nowhere to be found. Please, see the screenshots attached. MacOS Catalina 10.15.3.

I had the same problem. Is there any workaround to this?
