Hi, After I successfully managed to use last Cppcheck version (1.89) I have several false call of "There is an unknown macro here somewhere. Configuration is required. If END_SEQ is a macro then please configure it.", what is weird is, I'm using other macros from same include file for which I have no error. Attachment zip file has been rejected then I put here the files as they would have been in the zip file: public/include/Macros.h: define BEGIN_SEQ do{ define CHECK_EXECUTE(command) if ((static_cast...
Thanks for you answer, for the malformed code I just changed it, but since new topics are opened through send of and e-mail I was not sure of the syntax, and by the way the text should have been all the same size, I don't know why de "#include ..." was so big.
Hi, Tu reproduce it, just use OpenCV cv::Mat example to create a 3x3 double-precision identity matrix (see https://docs.opencv.org/4.1.2/d3/d63/classcv_1_1Mat.html): #include <opencv2/core/mat.hpp> void Test() { cv::Mat M = (cv::Mat_<double>(3,3) << 1, 0, 0, 0, 1, 0, 0, 0, 1); } Running cppckeck Test.cpp --force --platform=unix64 --enable=warning --xml-version=2 --verbose --error-exitcode=0 --std=c++11 --language=c++ command gives a " Found suspicious operator',' " warning on "cv::Mat M =..." line....

Hi, I just have seen that there is a -j <jobs></jobs> option that "Start <jobs> threads to do the checking simultaneously</jobs>" but it seems not working on v1.89, indeed, for a same cppcheck command, when I run without -j option it took 3 minutes 25 seconds (command run under Linux with preceding time command, like time cppcheck <files> <options></options></files>), and when I run the same command adding -j 14 (I have 16 cores, just want to keep 2 free for other stuff), it took the same time and...
Finally I managed to run last cppcheck version, this error is now gone but I have now several "There is an unknown macro here somewhere. Configuration is required. If END_SEQ is a macro then please configure it.", I'll open a new thread for this one.
Hi, Anyone knows if/how I can fix this Cppcheck syntax error (no more information than "syntax error") or if it is a false positive (maybe due to options used), I looked at template tutorials and documentations and didn't find any similar usage, the code is: template<typename t="">template<class archive=""> // Here is the Cppcheck syntax errorvoid MyItemContainer<t>::serialize(Archive & ar, const unsigned int version){ // ...}</t></class></typename> I'm using : g++ (SUSE Linux) 8.2.1 20180831 [gcc-8-branch...
