Oh, ran CHKDSK utility on source drive which found and repaired a few files. Retried cloning, worse results than before as noted in the post.

I'm having some trouble cloning a laptop hard drive. The source drive is a WD Blue 320GB model. The target drive is a new Hitachi Travelstar 320GB unit. The laptop is running W7 HP X64. Intel GM45 chipset. The source drive has three bad sectors that do not seem to be crucial to anything, as the files that are skipped during cloning appear to be some kind of saved game files.
