    I also had this problem and here's how I fixed it: - close the crashfix service - go to CrashFix\conf\crashfixd.conf and make sure WEB_ROOT_DIR points to the right location - open an admin CMD and go to CrashFix\bin and type: crashfixd.exe --start -c ..\conf\crashfixd.conf
