Same for me, its not working on Win10 with TLS 1.3, no idea why (tryed everything for over a year) DotNET is :4.8.04084 Upgrading to shitty Win11 is not an option ;) but good that its working on W11 I think 4.8 must be forced in KeePass.exe.config, but no clue how.. something like ServicePointManager.SecurityProtocol = SecurityProtocolType.Tls13;

I'm still failing to open a database on Nextcloud with TLSv1.3 only enabled when I enable TLSv1.2 its working.
