Thanks so much. That's a big help! The triggers are creating now. Had already previously set the source_catalog_name, but hadn't set the source_schema_name. Now just need to figure out why the changes to the sym_trigger table that I made on the master node, weren't sync'ed to the other node. Had to manually update the sym_trigger table on the other node. But at least we've resolved the CREATE TRIGGER errors now.
