Hello. I've made this profile and it is working on Windows 10 x64. The game has LoD expansion installed and it's on version 1.14d. So far I had no problems. The exe used is "game.exe" and not "diablo II.exe", mind that since "diablo II.exe" acts like a launcher for "game.exe".

I haven't seen this as a profile in the app and there are no posts about it here so I'm sharing my profile. As always please check if it works for you. There is a glitch where a little part of the window title is not rendered but it doesn't affect gameplay at all. You may need to change a couple of settings in the 'outpost2.ini' file: [GAME_WINDOW] MAXIMIZED=0 H_SIZE=1024 V_SIZE=768 H_POS=0 V_POS=0 [DESKTOP] H_SIZE=3840 < --- real desktop res V_SIZE=2160 < You may also need to set 'outpost2.ini'...

Hello. I've stumbled with this game and I think its the weirdest RTS I ever played. It is like a tabletop game. Still fun and good for a "desktop game" (desktop game as in the old games from windows). I confess that I didn't read the whole thread here since it got too technical for me, but the Shift+F5 hint did the trick. Since I see that this thread didn't have a final word if the game worked in windowed screen (playable), I'm posting this. I have to say that the included export profile didn't work...

For the record, you need the image of the cd in the virtual drive to play. I made a simple batch file that loads the image before launching the game and then unmounts it when closing the game so you can ignore all this and just click a shortcut like any other game. Requeriments * You need imgdrive installed on your pc * You must add the path "C:\Program Files\ImgDrive" (without quotes) to your system PATH variables. * You must copy the bin, mdf, iso or whatever image format you use to a directory...

Hello all. I've managed to make DK2 work with movies. At least the intro plays as intended. I'm using non-GOG version patched with official 1.7 only (no community patches). I'm using SDL as the renderer since it makes movies work. To make this work with proxys mode, you must copy the following files from dxwnd folder: SDL.dll filter.dll If you are using a no-cd or similar, make sure to copy the "Movies" folder from CD into "Dungeon Keeper 2\Data". The profile uses 1920x1440 for windows dimensions...

1- To turn it off and on dynamically you can press "home" key on the keyboard, when the menu shows on the left, you can simply untick the only ticked shader; of course you can modify the shader to your liking too. To temporarily remove the shader just take "d3d9.dll" out of the game folder (this is the hook for reshade). 2- I updated the reshade after doing all this, it's trasparent to us, nothing new besides support for openXR (I suppose its a new graphics api). I STRONGLY suggest installing and...

Ok, don't hate me for so many posts, editing them would create some confusion so that's why I'm keeping this history in separate new posts in this thread. It seems that "Warcraft II BNE_dx.exe" is causing all the problems since it is using "xdraw.dll" included with the gog release to port the game to dx9. There seems to be a struggle between this dll and dxwnd, causing the weird behavior that I was describing above. The "normal" Warcraft II BNE.exe doesn't suffer from this plus it enables the awesome...
