So, I took a hint from your response... "System Integrity Protection is disabled (0x877) and changed the value for disable to 0x877.... SOLVED! now it displays the correct phrase. Just for reference, I copied the concerning section from my refind.conf file... Set the CSR values for Apple's System Integrity Protection (SIP) feature. Values are one-byte (two-character) hexadecimal numbers. These values define which specific security features are enabled. Below are the codes for what the values mean....

This might be a small detail but I have noticed in the past that when toggling the SIP enable/disable it says either "SIP(short form) has been enabled" or "SIP has been disabled". Now, the "disabled" phrase reads "SIP start"... strange. To a first-time installer this would be confusing. This behavior started in ver. 0.13.0 and continues into 0.13.1(waited to see if this would be fixed before commenting).

After upgrading to 0.11.3 lost the function whereas the OS you chose to boot to rebooted to the same OS after restart. Background.. I triple boot(OS X, BOOTCAMP, Linux) and as an example if I boot to BOOTCAMP it use to reboot to BOOTCAMP. Now when I'm in BOOTCAMP and want to reboot to BOOTCAMP it boots to OS X. Did anthing change between versions that I should be aware of to FIX this like it was before?
