Thank you! Yes I gave up installing directly in Fedora and instead created an Arch podman container with Distrobox: https://github.com/89luca89/distrobox Then followed the Arch install instructions above, if that all makes sense.
Sorry, that link should have been this: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2227579
Ok I got it working in an Arch distrobox in the end with https://arch.pkgs.info/guide/a-complete-tutorial-on-linux-air-combat-installation-on-arch-based-linux-manjaro-parabola
Hi, I am seeing this same problem on latest Fedora 37: I cannot use the mouse or keys to navigate the menus (I am using the latest AppImage). Could anyone recommend the 'best' distro to run the AppImage? I am happy to install a container/VM to try out this fascinating game. On a positive note it looks like LAC will soon be packaged for upcoming Fedora 39: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2227579.
It works, thanks for this wonderful software! Details: Fedora 35 on Raspberry Pi4 Linux fedora 5.16.18-200.fc35.aarch64 Installed Packages Name : splix Version : 2.0.1 Release : 0.45.20130902svn.fc35 Architecture : aarch64 Size : 221 k Source : splix-2.0.1-0.45.20130902svn.fc35.src.rpm
...6 years later...I had this issue and it was because on the remote Linux machine I had added the printer using the SpliX driver. This is not correct as then your print jobs will be put through the SpliX driver twice - once on your machine and then again on the print server where it will of course fail. You'll see "SpliX Cannot open job" but unfortunately not much else useful in the log to explain the problem. Instead on the remote machine add the printer through CUPs and select the 'raw' driver...
Hi, As a workaround you can use the Ctrl-E search (Quicksearch?) instead of the Ctrl-F...
I can confirm it works fine under mono version 3.12.1-0 (final v3 release).
