This is a bug... https://stackoverflow.com/questions/4473804/is-it-correct-that-sometimes-i-get-angle-brackets-in-from-field-of-an-e-mail-m/4473881 It's currently causing an issue trying to send from the LSA (LSI Storage Authority) software, as that software sends it without angle brackets and makes it so it doesn't work....

@ddaa FYI, this can be implemented in the archiver. The founders of this bug even Praised microsoft as their default implementation of this put in path bounds checking before this was even known as a flaw. See here: https://snyk.io/research/zip-slip-vulnerability The example code to put into the archiver to fix the bug is also referenced under the .NET section as they praised Microsoft for how neat their fix was for this bug.

Has this been fixed in 7-Zip? I see lots of archivers are now publishing fixes for this, but have not seen one from 7-zip yet.
