I could not verify the download of VeraCrypt Setup 1.23-Hotfix-2.exe with the PGP-signature you are giving on the download page. SHA256 was ok, though. Is the signature correct? Using 3.1.8-gpg4win-3.1.9 Signature created on Mittwoch, 10. Oktober 2018 01:13:40 With certificate: VeraCrypt Team (2018 - Supersedes Key ID=0x54DDD393) veracrypt@idrix.fr (821A CD02 680D 16DE)
