Thanks for the reply. Yes, the account referenced possessed administrator privileges. I ran the terminal commands as you suggested, and they were successful. I downloaded the earlier version and ran it. it seems to be working. Curiously, I ran the latest version to check the error again. This time it accepted the password it previously rejected. Every time I type in the password for the admin account i am using on osx sequoia on a macbookpro8,1 (Opencore) I am told "Incorrect Password" on V6.2.5. Please advise as I think your app is a great idea. regards
