Dear colleagues, I have to analyse a triple combination of drugs for potential synergism/antagonism. I suppose theoretically is just a tri-dimensional estension of the two components analysis, but I could not find any dedicated button nor any specific window . Has anybodyelse already faced such a case? Can any of you suggest a solution?a Should I cheat Combenefit inputing two overlapping double ddouble combinations as if they were indeed single drugs? In such a case, how grafics will be generated?...
