When I start up, I automatically create a 32GB RAM disk and also redirect the paths %SystemRoot%\TEMP to (Ramdisk)X:"\Temp. My problem now is that when I boot into Windows 11 Safe Mode, I can't download any files using either Firefox or Edge. For some reason, both programs don't download the data to my desired folder, but first download it to %SystemRoot%\TEMP\xyz and then move it to my desired location.
