    Yes it installs it under CodeBlock which by default is in \Program Files (x86). CodeBlocks is quite a nice IDE. This is really a mnor suggestion. I just mentioned it to save others from wasting a bit of time and feeling confused, and besides it would help comply with MinGW's suggestion.
