    Oh yeah, I just meant when older games had an internal pause menu then that could be leveraged with "Do not notify on task switch" without having the need to halt emulation / the application completely. I tried all four combinations between "Do not notify on task switch" and "Lower background priority" but I didn't find any CPU differences -- I think Lego Star Wars drops the CPU activity to 0% in the pause menu itself, even though its a fullscreen application.

    Right, for issue 3, I think the main problem might be because the Lego Star Wars game is programmed, by default, to register any left click mouse inputs to the window as "select", which includes resizing, or dragging the window, etc. In the issue3b.mp4 video, I have your fix, "Force win resize," enabled, and I have "Do not notify on task switch" disabled, but any window interactions conflicts with their internally programmed keybind.
