Hi Han, im am using the latest Mac M1 version ASTAP version 2026.05.19, ARM 64 bit Actual i have the behavior, when stacking, the 1st run has no problems to create the final stacked image. But when i continue with stacking another images / session, the final stacked image gets an Access violation Error / Dialog. I could recreate the error, when just running the 1st stacking successful, and click just again on the Stack Button with no settings changed. In the 2nd round, the error dialog is coming...

Hi Han, is there a possibility to get the stacking method "Comet and stars sharp" to get working with my RGB Mono images? Actually it does not really work... This would be a great improvement! Greetings Rolf

Hi Han, thank you for your great support and new Version 2026.01.15 - Mac M1 Release. I tested it with a new RGB Mono Set of the comet 24P/Schaumasse including a meridian flip. I have to say "chapeau". It's working like a charm and handled the flipping and stacking correct. With the old version of late december it did not worked very well at all. I only had a little timeframe left, capturing the comet. Attached you see the raw stacked image.

Hi Han, thank you for your quick response. Right - actual, i am stacking the three single RGB images with Pixinsight, to get the comet correct. I will pack my lights for you to test this issue. Rolf

Hi Han, i was capturing 3I/ATLAS with my mono camera und RGB filters. First — i got some hard issues with not finding the comet via annotations, but INCREASING the magnitude from 16 to 18, the comet was finally found. But this to find out took me a very long time ;-) To my main problem. I have issues with the final stacked image, when stacking on the comet (i chose 3I/ATLAS) with ephermis alignment and light filter on. The single mono images R and G and B, are correct aligned on the comet. The comet...

Hi Han, if have three questions - is it possible to change the filename-logic of the final stacked image? I miss in the final stacked image the number of images used for each filter. This example shows an SHO composition. From eg. IC 1318B, 2025-06-29,, iOptron CEM25CEM60, (H S O), ZWO ASI1600MM-Cool_stacked_v1.fits to eg. Hi Han, i tried again to download - my Chrome did not download the file, but my firefox did. So i could check the 21a version and it works now! No more errors when dropping my mac files folders. Thank you very much for fixing this bug. Greetings
