Hello Simon, It does eventually close and create the output file, and we isolated the delays to 20 second timeouts where RealTerm is trying to reach nb-96-126-99.234.fremont.nodebalancer.linode.com over https. Perhaps this is the user feedback mechanism? Thanks, Eric
