Does the piece bump against the side of the etching machine and move it? I managed to work around the transfer problem. Open C:// Find NEJE folder; open folder. Copy folder “Collection” to your Pictures folder or maybe to desktop. Try cut/paste to “Collection” from Pictures folder (then it showed up in the proper place in the program). Worked for me. Malcolm Douglas: How did you resolve the problem of tranferring drawings from your PC to the engraving window? I am having the same problem.

I recently got a Neje DK-8-FKZ engraving machine. I cannot transfer pictures from my PC to the control window in the engraver program. Tried moving .jpg and .bmp files. Neither one worked. Help would be appreciated :-)
