    Q1 -> Normal and emergency are the limits of the currents, in your case 32.33% of 400A(NORMAL) is equal to 21,55 of 600A(EMERGENCY) -> 129,32A. To check the overload just look the %, 105% is 5% more that normal (20A). Q2 -> 0,1,2,3 are the terminals of your element. I1,I2,I0 is the current in the terminal 1,2,0. All this are the basics, please , read the manual with attention. P.S.: Paulo have playlist in Portuguese too, searching in his channel.

    It's already solved in OpenDSS. Check the installed folders "...OpenDSS\IEEETestCases\13Bus"
