Sorry for writing to the old thread, but the problem is still there with 7.7 (build 20180105). I use it on my shared hosting on HostGator. In the "File Type" table, AwStats mentions .exe as the "Binary runtime", so it cannot be a page. But particular .exe files are listed in the "Pages" table, not in the "Downloads" one. This is at least inconsistent, regardless of the NotPageList settings.

The -u option is very powerful but it can be specified only in "FS to Archive" actions. Meanwhile, it could be very useful in opposite ("Archive to FS") actions too, with a inverted (compress/extract) action meaning.
