Using GoDaddy cPanel and Advanced Web Statistics 7.0 (build 1.971). I have a download section in my website that has a mix of .zip and .exe files. In AWstats under Top 10 Downloads there are only two .zip files listed. There are 4 files available in my download section and the .exe is not showing up in the Top 10. The files are listed further down in the section labled Pages-URL (Top 25).

In most cases, a .exe is a cgi script, so a page, that's why it is not reported as a download files.
You can change this by editing parameter NotPageList

Sorry for writing to the old thread, but the problem is still there with 7.7 (build 20180105). I use it on my shared hosting on HostGator.
In the "File Type" table, AwStats mentions .exe as the "Binary runtime", so it cannot be a page. But particular .exe files are listed in the "Pages" table, not in the "Downloads" one. This is at least inconsistent, regardless of the NotPageList settings.

Ok, so this needs to be set as below in order to show the .exe files as a download?
NotPageList="css js class gif jpg jpeg png bmp rss xml swf exe"
