Hey community, a colleague of mine has created a template for FACS analysis (attached). Her aim was to have the possibility to analyze different gatings in one sample. However, if one loads a dataset in all three columns (see images attached) and changes one gating, this applies to all three columns. The idea was to have three different gatings in one row.
