I suggest that we wait for others with the same problem so that it can become clear what exactly is going on. In any case, I think it has to do with the doi/URLs inserted in the .bib file. I tried to find a console log about Bibdesk but cannot find anything in the console.app. But, then, I am not sure exactly where to look. In any case, I don’t see any crash reports.
