Hello everyone, I was running jags using rjags and when getting the output of coda.samples, when trying to use summary(output) i get this error: smry <- summary(output)$quantiles Error in summary(output)$quantiles : $ operator is invalid for atomic vectors Can anyone please help me, before it was working just fine. but now i don't know what happens.
