I think my issue comes from the fact that I'm using a m2 ngff adapter to desktop motherboard. I managed to clone/copy my disk using Linux shell and dd command : dd if=/dev/sdb of=/dev/nvme0n1 status=progress clonezilla should provide the same function. I tried a sector copy Q1 option in expert mode but it tried copying each partition and failed again.
