Hello Daniel, The attachment is the smll pilot of HTS reactor with upstream heat exchanger as well as steam mixer. I tried to compose a process with and without recycle block at the HTS reactor outlet to the upstream heat exchanger, but it is not working. Will you please advise me of what is not correct? Hello Daniel, Thank you for the great software. I happenend to know DWSIM recently, and am on the way of practicing it. I am working with a proces in which the downstream is recyled to the upstream heat exchangers. So the heat exchanger is "intercooler" between the product stream and feed stream. There is a error message : Infinite loop detected while obtaining flowsheet object calculation order. Please insert recycle blocks where needed. Will attach the file. Thank you David
