hello, when i got to [server-ip]/HaCi/html i get "The requested URL /cgi-bin/HaCi.cgi was not found on this server." please help.

When trying to start the haci.conf file it is looking for startup.pl when i check the directory it is installed in there is nothing there. Please help in locating this file.
