    I get the same fault....i.e. right clicking on the pane below search scope......nothing happens. I have updsted to the latest TAhoe 26.1

    my friend has installed it on his apple mac. works. He has supervised my installation. doesnt woek. HIs apple is M3 chip. Mine is M4

    Hi Thanks for all your help. Rosetta 2 now downloaded. I have attached a screenshot. When I click on the bottom left pane to choose the files to index, nothing happens...no error message

    Done all this. Same problem. Do I need to download javascript? The reason I bought a new mac was to have this program which is fantastic for my tresearch. I didn't want to risk upgrading my ios and losing docfetcher. Now I am stuk!

    Hi. thanks for that prompt reply. I have downloaded the latest non portable version and printed some of the help pages. One says make sure permissions apply to the docfetcher folder. I would if I could find it. I think the problem is associated with those stupid Apke permissions .

    I have docfetcher on my old mac. cant create an indexing folder on new mac running Sequoia 15.7.2. instructions say right click to create folder...just like my old computer. I have checked tge dreaded permissions for me....what that us all about I dont understand for mac. I tried dragging a folder into docf. it doesnt acceot. I can drag and drop a file into my other folders ( after two hours on the phone to Apple!) any ideas
