    I formatted a drive I had previously encrypted. Now I cannot create a new veracrypt. I tried going into Disk Management and deleting the letter associated with the drive, then changing the letter. But no matter what I do, the new letter does not show on the Veracrypt screen when I attempt to create a new veracrypt. If I enter the drive manually, it appears that I can encrypt the drive, but upon completion, the crypt will not open. Any advice?
