I understand. I am sorry I did not save the file. I have retired and I am not as rigorous in the way I approach issues. When I was working at regence, I would have copied the file off the machine before doing anything. But, now I just wanted my machine back. I have all my files that were in my home directory. My machine crashed and would not boot. I had to recover the OS from my recovery partition. That worked, but I forgot to move the file out of the root folder and the log file was lost. It was the first time I ran luckybackup. I usually run rsync. That is probably why i was not too worried about running luckybackup since it is a front end. I was able to backup my files with deja dupe and for security I ran rsync so all of my files are safe. But I cannot send the file. I am sorry it would be nice so...

I did something wrong and lucky backup deleted source files off my original drive. I created a named profile instead of using the default. The only delete checkbox I found was on the delete files on destination. I did run a test backup, but that was on the defalult profile. It seemed to work fine. I then created a named profile, and ran the real backup. It took awhile but at the end it delted hundreds of file on my laptop source drive. I destroy my Virtualbox setup and i don't know what else yet....
