no nothing localhost:3307 (maria db) i change max execution time in php.ini

After keeping pear directory at the c:\wamp64\www level. And move all the other directories to "c:\wamp64/www/seeddms". conf, data, www and all the directories inside the "seeddms-6.0.17.1" folder should all be under the "c:\wamp64\www\seeddms" folder and running the install with http path I have this mistake what do I do please
