Thanks anyway I figured it out all is well, I really like Keepass.

How do i force keepass to collapse after i copy username or password, so I can paste it in its field, I had that working in 2.43 but don't remember how I did it. I am using 2.47 now. thanks

wellread1 I do use keepass on my phone and laptop that is why it is on the cloud. [one drive] so I should keep the exe file in my program files folder? and the database file on the one drive? My head is starting to hurt LOL. Let me ponder on that a bit,

Thanks Wellread 1 Ok so I am even dumber than I thought I was. I did the search with file explorer as you stated, I had uninstalled 2.47 earlier today. the search showed no instance of keepass.exe. I do however have access to keepass on my one drive. How do I update the keypass on my one drive?

Hi. I have 2.43. I went to the keepass site and downloaded 2.47. Now it apperar that I have 2 versions of keepass one working and one blank. I know I'm old and slow but this is silly. can anyone help? windows 10, not portable version
