Not to resurrect a dead post, but found this via a google search. Just had this happen to me, though the most recent change was bumping the number of stored clips to 6000, many of my clips are images, so this has an impact on the database size, and my database was 1,999,674 KB, I suspect there could be a 2GB limit to the database. I reduced to 4000 clips and then in Advanced selected to compact and repair database, now DB is 1.5GB and now it's working fine again and capturing every clip without ...

Does it come from the driverpack files or from snappy? What does it mean? I see that it has to do with the optimal driver logic, but what makes the driver optimal?
