is freetack a different program and is the dll file supposed to go into the system directy or elsewhere?

I purchased this program but it does not work. I cannot get it to track. I've installed the recommended simconnect as seen in the forums. The program is recognising my webcam which is a logitech C270. My computer is mid to high end everything. Get anyone (hopefully) give me an EXACT way to get this working or at least a link to get a refund. Any help would be gratefully appreciated.
