Though it shows up in Filters > Utils, it is disabled (greyed out). What to do?

What about portable version? Is there any way to un-reverse the paste order. I do a lot of tech blogging pasting code from the bash command line. For explaining steps to do a task, I need to paste the steps in correct order. Right now, the only way is to go without the benefits of this app and paste the bash history and copy multiple lines as a single copy. I would love it for a setting to change the order.
