I am sorry, maybe I should have filed this ticket in kmail's bugtracker. I have tried in Windows\Thunderbird and everything works fine. :(

One can see in the logs at line 4 that the first calendar has a wrong and weird URL, ending by /calendar/AAMkADMyYjIwYjQ0LWZlNjMtNDVhZC05NTZiLTFjODU2MmI0OTBlMwBGAAAAAACppiIhkRu_RKViDEf9vQ9OBwDq6GPhF3_zSaBX7s27hjdjAAAAKr34AADqFonEjsj_T53R-z9UfgZMAABCN7F9AAA%3D.EMLinstead of merely /calendar/, and the display name is the same.

Unable to access the default / main calendar

I have the same problem with 5.3.1. and Kmail and a connection around 200 kB/s. It gets better with another connection around 1 or 2 MB/s. (I am talking of the download loop / multiplication and the eventual duplicates in INBOX. For the duplicates in "Sent", I was told that Exchange servers were copying sent emails automatically in "Sent", thus we have to disable this in our clients.)
