It'd be nice to be able to do that for external logging purposes (such as having an alert pop up on the system's desktop or another computer on the LAN). -- Sean On Fri, Feb 3, 2023 at 9:15 AM Michael Dillon gsvalore@users.sourceforge.net wrote: The current codebase now has a script that will be called when a new user joins the BBS. This however does not trigger when a user logs in that's existing. Should this be extended? [tickets:#14] Add New User notification Status: open Milestone: 1.0.7 Created:...
I saw the nastygram in ELIST. I'm wondering if this is related to an issue I had with my system screwing up AKAs in echoes. In Micronet (my othernet), I usually fly 618:618/0, /1 (main netqork mail hub), and /10 which is my nominal BBS AKA for all echoes except for admin echoes. Even though I set the echoes to use /10 and mail to go out using /1, the mail was coming from /10. So I had to eliminate the other AKAs and use /1 only. The problem resolved itself then.

Ah, that's what I did: muscle memory of using "make" over decades of Linux. Thank you for pointing out my mistake as CDE installed just fine. Thank you for all of your work on CDE and patience with newbies like me. :) --Sean On Mon, Nov 22, 2021 at 2:19 PM Jon Trulson jon13@users.sourceforge.net wrote: You need to use gmake with the BSD's...
