Fixed! File loads fine. Tested current shared file, original failing file, and importing previous txt export, all worked fine.

The same file works fine with 64 bit 3.49.01

32 bit 3.54.1 and 3.54.0 both fail. 64 bit 3.54.1, 3.53.0, 3.52.0, 3.51.0 and 3.50.0 are failing. I took the txt file from the command line export, and extracted different pieces (with cp and vi, in mingw/git bash, and preserving the first line). Importing the first 500 of the 928 fails. Importing the first 250 worked, and then importing 251-500 failed. Starting over, importing just 251-375 worked, and then I could import 376-500, but when I tried importing 1-250 on top of those, it hung again -...

Command line seems to parse the file fine: "\Program Files\Password Safe\pwsafe-cli.exe" Downloads\passwords.psafe3 --exp=test.txt --text
