If I set the EQ and just leave it there it works fine, it only starts crackling when I make changes and keep making them as I listen. I haven't tried without the 'Apply automatically' but yeah, unfortunately it wouldn't be of use to me this way. How can I edit the command directly?
Yeah, that's exactly what it sounds like as you move a curve, like it's doing a lot of processing in a very short amount of time until at some point it kinda breaks. What's strange though is it happens after some time, not immediately, as if the processing built up over time... I actually contacted the developer first, and he told me that this can't be a plugin problem because what takes care of the text input isn't his code but the framework (Cuckos' WDL) and the host. Thank you Peter :) When you right-click what should appear is the current frequency but highlighted so that you can type the numbers and hit Enter, but in APO the loading icon appears briefly and then a window that says 'A problem caused the program to stop working....' Sometimes the highlighting seems to appear for a split second, like a glitch, but the rest is the same. I'm having some issues with a plugin called SplineEQ, and thought perhaps someone knows of a way to fix them, or at least this can work as a bug report: OK, so to enter specific frequencies on the EQ you right-click on the knobs and type in the number, but as soon as I right-click APO crashes and forces shut down. It happens on any knob, every single time. And if I don't use this feature at the beginning everything works fine but as I'm changing settings within the EQ at some point the audio...
