I am seeing the exact same after updating to Outlook 2021. Sorry mate, i completely forgot about this. Just upgraded the install to master-2.6.0/r260 and everything is working as expected, no more warnings in the logs. Cheers

PHP 7.4 "continue" targeting switch is equivalent to "break". Did you mean to use "continue 2"?
