Smalls

Hi, I'm new to java & Robocode but trying to get a hold of this so I can learn. I've downloaded the latest version which is robocode-1.9.3.9-src. Basically a folder filled with more folders, etc. I see an installer folder as well, but no jar file so that I can use the command prompt to install (per Robowiki). I do have Java installed correctly & it's version 11.0.7. I have NO idea how to install Robocode from here & have tried googling like crazy but I feel like I'm losing my mind, I just can't figure...
